A Professional Learning Community (PLC) is a structured group of educators who collaborate regularly to improve teaching practices and student learning outcomes.

Participants will learn how to:
  • Build collaborative teacher learning systems
  • Conduct structured dialogue on classroom practices
  • Analyze student learning outcomes collectively
  • Develop peer-led professional development frameworks

The session also explores how PLCs align with NEP 2020 goals for continuous professional development and institutional learning cultures.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is one of the most critical competencies for educators in today’s classrooms.

This workshop focuses on helping teachers develop:
  • Self-awareness and emotional regulation
  • Empathy and interpersonal communication
  • Positive classroom relationships
  • Conflict resolution and stress management skills

Educators will explore tools and reflective exercises that help them better understand both their own emotions and the emotional needs of students.
